Livie is from Gastonia, North Carolina. With has a passion for the classroom, she aspires to become a high school math teacher. When Livie is not focused on math education, she is spending time with her dog, Humphrey, or enjoying time outside. Livie is also a part of North Carolina Teaching Fellows and the running club.
